Ok drumroll pleeeeease......
Tortilla Soup
The recipe will vary based on the size of your crock pot.
-1-2 pounds of cooked boneless chicken breast shredded
-1 can of diced tomatoes with chili peppers
-1 can of Enchilada Sauce (mild, unless you like really spicy)
-Small onion chopped/diced
-1 packet of taco seasoning
-1 bag of frozen corn(10oz I think)
-Chicken broth - this varies depending on the size of your crock pot, I think I usually use 2 large containers and I use the fat free to save the fat/calories
You  just throw everything in the crock pot stir it up and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4. I sometimes will make up a package of spanish rice and put a spoonful in every bowl to make it a little heartier, it is good without it but really makes it a meal with it.
