Years ago when Hunter was little I went to this class that was taught on nutrition and they brought in and passed around the bags of sugar that is in each sized soda cup.
I came across this photo this morning which is a great visual! Sometimes if we don't see it, it somehow doesn't seems so bad... This photo not only shows sodas...but Capri Suns (which I have a couple boxes of in the garage).
Crazy when you see it this way....
